Jane Nancarrow was taught by Charles Causley at the town’s old National School, and has fond memories of him as both teacher and poet.
Jane will introduce you to many of the Launceston locations which inspired Charles Causley’s poetry, and her readings of those poems are both moving and inspiring.
Launceston is a hilly town – the walk will involve steep hills, but the pace is gentle.
